Simon has over 30 years of experience in the landscaping industry, having started his journey at the age of 13 when he began watering plants at a local nursery. From those humble beginnings, Simon worked his way up as a crew member, discovering a deep passion for transforming outdoor spaces. His commitment to quality and attention to detail has allowed him to elevate his clients’ homes into beautiful, pride-worthy landscapes. Simon’s hands-on approach is at the heart of Bluestone Landscape; he works side by side with his team to ensure every project exceeds expectations. Starting the business was not just a professional decision—it was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream driven by his passion for creating stunning outdoor environments.

Martha Tinajero

Owner and Financial Administrator

Martha brings over 25 years of experience in education and has transitioned to managing the financial and administrative operations of Bluestone Landscape to support her husband’s passion. After a successful career as a high school math teacher, she found a new purpose in helping to run the business. Martha and her husband have been married for over 30 years, and their strong, loving relationship is the foundation of both their family and their business. Together, they are active members of their church and proud parents to two children. Martha’s dedication to the business and her family is evident in everything she does.

Rebecca Jacobs

Landscape Designer

Rebecca has been in landscape design since 2006. She has a degree in Environmental Studies and Landscape Horticulture
and has earned multiple awards for her designs.
 

“My goal as a landscape designer is to create a beautiful and sustainable landscape that is perfect for each individual client. I’ll be here for you throughout the whole process starting with the initial meeting to the final walkthrough.”

Josue Tinajero (JT)

Administration and Bookkeeping

​Josue plays a key role in Bluestone Landscape, managing the bookkeeping and administrative side of the business, including accounts payable and receivables. His involvement in the business goes beyond just numbers—he is dedicated to supporting his parents and ensuring the company continues to grow and thrive. Outside of work, Josue is passionate about music and enjoys expressing his creativity through his musical pursuits. Family is at the core of everything he does, and he takes great pride in being part of the Bluestone Landscape team, helping to maintain the legacy of his parents' hard work and dedication.
